A little update on this:

The intercooler is definitely too small -- Rick and Dave are going to help design one that can flow what I need, and I still owe Billy a call (sorry man -- so swamped).

One charge pipe is sub-optimal as well, I'm fabbing two pipes (if you saw the design pic in the other thread you know that part) that end in 2.5" diameters at the IC and then a 4" pipe IC to TB

I'm running a cross-over muffler between the turbos and the headers, and a couple of short side turns for tail pipes.

Should be on the road in the next month or so, provided I can get the brakes made

Sounds like it is getting much closer. Do you already have calipers and rotors, or starting from scratch with the brakes? Do you need to break any parts in on your build or can you pin it to win it on the dyno when its finished? I can't wait for results.

I've got to break in the rear for 500mi or so, and I'll likely do the same or more for the tranny.

I've got everything but rotors at this point, and found a custom machine shop who is willing to make 2 piece rotors to spec. Not too bad either -- about 3-400 each.

After that, I need to re-tune and work out any kinks with the new intake manifold, etc. I'm also switching to 3-bar, but being 2wd I can just jet over to Vinci's and jump on their dynojet and probably slam the tune in an afternoon.
