yeah been running meth forever with two bigger nozzles about 8-10" before my iat.
im going with something around 10-15 galllons not sure yet but im going to try and make it on the passenger side on the front of the bed near the front of the fender well so it can still make my bed usable .

Why don't you just do like the BMW guys and run your A/C condenser lines through your intercooler water box. This way you save on a lot of weight, and everytime you are at the track, you just hit the a/c button to superchill the water box

When i was pullin alot of trailers i tried this:
Unhooked the lines goin to the heater core from the water pump and looped them.
Ran my lines from my water box to the pump to the heater core to the IC and back to the water box. It worked great. Just gotta run the AC. The IC and water box would be so cold they would be dripping condensation pretty bad.
Run the AC and move the blend door just bout half way and on recirculate.
Cruising the IATs would be in the mid 60s if it was 95-100 ambient.
Go to pull a long hill at full boost and the IATs would get close to ambient. It would take less than a minute and it would be back down where it was before hand. Never got around to insulating anything. It prolly would help a lilmore.
Maybe on my next turbo setup ill try it again.

just remember, running ac at the track to even keep your setup cool in some way or another will actually cause it to drip on the track and cause slippery conditions for those behind you and could get you kicked off the track

You dont have to run it all the time. Just the fan blowing with no AC works bout as good as a heat exhanger in front of the radiator.
