Default need help identifying a turbo

could someone help me find the specs for this turbo. I have been all over turbobygarrett.com and bullseye power turbos.com. any help would be nice.

Looks just like a standard "box unit" Borg Warner S400. Have to measure the inlet, but probable just a 75mm compressor and 96mm 1.36 a/r turbine side

I will have to measure it tomorrow. but if thats what it is. would it be good for a 5.3l sorry I dont know much about turbos yet.

not really...its too big for a 5.3,,,,the 1.36 ar wont help at all for spool time...

My S475 has ALL the same casting numbers...
It was a unmolested "box unit" too.




As for using it on a 5.3, you could if it was free or cheep. There good turbos but really big and not very expensive. I would block one side of the scroll on the turbine side to give you a half way decent spool time. I have hot pipes that will fit it.

I already have hot pipes. Or I would be buying yours. I will be needing some calvert racing style bars for my nnbs soon though.

Since you are a sponsor please post a price for the T6 hot parts.

I think guys need to see how good the price is...its not worth tracking down the weld ells
