Default need a little turbo help

I am putting on a twin set up on a 03 Silverado 1500 with a 5.3l in it. I have ARP head studs to put on it and when doing that and changing out the valve springs i was going to replace the head gaskets too. What ones should I get?

Second what spark plugs should i get and what gap should i run them at? looking for about 8-10 psi maybe a little more latter on once I work things out.

Thanks for the help

Ls9 head gaskets and ngk br7ef gapped around .028 should do well for you especially later on when boost is up.

Ok would you recommend oem gaskets or aftermarket?

Also what's the difference between the ls9 gasket and the stock style 5.3l gaskets?

Thanks for the help
