it is still a heavy truck.
the truck in my sig...with 12psi boost and slicks in 100* weather ran 12.300 in full street trim minus a set of slicks. horrible track conditions and **** DA....but just giving you something to compare to.
i have a full interior, stereo system, heavy *** 20s, tonneau etc. making around 600rwhp
as for the fuel system..i am currently running a lonnies perf dual in tank 255 kit with hobbs switch...supports 1000hp
being an 03, i have the return fuel system.....had no fuel issues using the stock in tank and the maggie supplied 190 inline pump on previous setups.
i have had an MP112, TVS1900 and now the TVS2300. i made 530rwhp with the 1900 at 8.5psi with the inline and stock pumps and 60lb siemens injectors.

A new cam will help also. I have a radix on my 06 5.3 i am running about 9LBS and the cam helped out alot above 4500RPM. to be honest if your spending the money for the injectors get 60's i wish i would have done so. If you ever plan on running more boost in the future it will really come in handy.

ok so if i want to run 60lb injectors what exactly and were do i buy them for my application and i was doing some reading and you have to put a different connector on some times is this always true, if so do u just cut the ones off the old injectors and splice it onto the new ones, secondly what cam would a guy throw in i dont know alot about cams i know about my needs and they are mostly towing/ hauling/ offroading and hiway driving, but having a decent 1/4 would be nice too but its not number one priority, ive heard of guys useing a "trucker cam" would that suit my needs?
thanks again

I think you're on the right track. I run the Trucker cam, with 42 lb injectors(maxed out 103% IDC), around 10-11 psi boost with MP112. Last weekend the truck went 13.1 with zero weight reduction on 31.5 inch tires with 3.73 gears. Video is posted in the drag racing section.
With the goals you've listed, the 60 lb injectors would probably be a good idea, especially considering that you have more cubes to feed than me. If my 5.3 can do it, your 6.0 should be able to.

I'd say the Trucker cam would be a good choice, too. I'm running the Ultra-torque on my 5.3 and think it's great. I'm building a 383 now and will use the "XXX" cam. The trucker seems like the right size for the 364 engine. Vinci's truck cams with the 114-116 LSA's seem to work really well on boost... at least, I haven't heard any complaints. I'd recommend the 1.8 roller rockers to go with.
