Need a smaller pulley

I went and took a look at my pulley and it looks to be a 3.0 but that could be a crappy tape measure. Do you know if they ever put 3.0 on them or do I need to go buy a new tape measure? 
It was made in 2002 I think and did they put these out with alot pulleys on them?

ok ok I will never think of a smaller pulley again

Any way what kind and size of cam should I look in to. oh and will a e-fan have any effect on the charger.

Look into nitrous and other motor upgrades if you want power mate. Even upping the compression wouldn't hurt since you can't add more clean CFM through the blower.
