What size is the pulley? How much boost ? I eliminated the inlet rubber elbow and stock filter and replace the filter with a 4" K&N from autozone right on to the blower , and had the blowoff valve blow out to the atmosphere.

180 up and over the blower, to the front drivers corner.
Put the filter there, or air air box and pull air from the bottom.
No sure but tilting your IC could also help with temps.

Might consider doing a GRILL mounted intercooler and rerouting the piping. Just a thought.

Like mentioned I would lose that inlet elbow and clamp a filter directly on the charger. More importantly, ditch the 2-core horizontal cooler and mount a universal cooler behind your grille. You can pick one up off ebay cheap as well as extra piping you might need to route it, or you might be able to pick up a kit from a site sponsor. You should never have heat issues with that setup unless your sitting in traffic or something.

Thanks guys im gonna go with a intercooler behind the grille. Im talking to trickperformance for a intercooler to fit back behind the grill. And the filter in the pic isnt the one i on it anymore its a different one now and the surge valve is piped out into the atmosphere.
