Default Negative timing while shift

Hey guys im new to the turbo system, I was asking myself if its normal that the timing goes negative while shifting. My timing is at 9,10 on 6 psi but when it shifts it goes negative 9, 10. Is this normal?

Without seeing your tune I can only speculate. Do you still have torque managment active? What are the details of your setup? Who tuned it?

2010 5.3 stock with a 76 mm turbo kit and a 3600 multi disk circle d.

Torque management is off on the motot still have it on the tranny (6speed)

Im tuning the truck, first time tuning a turbo truck, Was tuning the WOT part air fuel is around 11.5 11.7, i stop there due to the timing dropping when shifting.

Its just the ECM or TCM pulling timing for Torque Management.. all of them do it. the 99-02s did it pretty bad.

Mine did the same thing, you need to adjust the TQM under the TCM. Post up your tune if you can.

torque reduction upshift. torque management.

i left mine on for a reason. others will say it's causing slow shift times or whatever. if set up right, you will notice zero difference at wot, and on the track.
