its the cfm on the novs ,and the output size of the output due to cfm .on my nov unit the outpu is 31/2 vortech and pros its 3 in so too accommadate the cfm the use larger output throat.also the impellers are larger .if i look at my nov and look at my vortech ,from the back the nov is way larger .the vor looks like a mini turbo compared too it .i installed it makeshift style on the same bracket as the vor,it barely fits in there.i love the paxton nov 2000.im telling ya they kick ***.

To make you guys feel even better I'm pretty sure they're test fitting everything on a 2003 4wd 1500 avalanche as I'm typing this.

as for making power, the sub has a novi 1500 (easier to fit and the new self contained unit, boosts a lil lower etc) The 2000 vette in my signature with stock ls6 block, heads, intake, forged 9.5-1 pistons, forged rods, stock crank, getting a SD tune today.......is scheduled to make 750+ at the wheels on pump gas with meth.
thanks for confirming that.and bye the way who is ecs and .id love too bye the correvt setup.for my head unit .thatt is who you meant they are making 1 for the ave correct?let me know thanks.

ecs isn't a sponsor here so I honestly can't say much, the corvette stuff is more based on mounting brackets etc. they had hoped to reuse everything....of course that didn't work everythign had to be designed new for trucks, different water pump, accessories further off the front of the block, different inlet etc. Pretty much they can upgrade the normal 6 rib setup to 8 ribsand it was already accounted for. There's room to grow here. A built 402 with 15 pounds is in the works in the near future.

of course pricing is up in the air, supporting tuner status needs to be worked out, and everything is still being gathered for pre-ordered stuff so nothign is gonna be available immediately........but its definetely not far off.

it seems the guys at the shop thought my buddy with the avalanche and i were out of our minds for making fast trucks (like my old tahoe with the 502 and 200 shot after a 400 smallblock with a F1 at 15 lbs or the stock motor with a P1sc) until they've been playing with mine all weekend.....Now they don't wanna give it back.....I think my big ugly sub showed them the fun we all know with boosted trucks.

LOL... that would be a blast with the 6 speed trans in the 08 models... You going to swap that next. Some one told me the old 4 speed had a 2:89? first gear the new 6 speed has a 4:09 or something like that. Smoking tires would be a blast in a suburban.

My problem is like you towing... its either at 3K or 5K all the time.. Wonder if the motor can hold the boost under a load.

the is what our 6.0 Crew cab truck looked like on curise yesterday pulling my supra over the mountain... 15 miles of 5K... lol...

Nice numbers, but I'm curious how much would be lost through a 4l80/14 bolt drivetrain. That was with the Z06 cam, correct?
