yeah i do. I have to fab up a bunch of stuff everyday with the racecar i work on. Im nowhere near good. just slowly teaching myself. i went to lincoln over the winter, and lincoln holds a welding class at different racetracks im at around the country. I try to get all the info i can. I bet you cant wait to get that beast to the track

I used to run twin 54mm garrett turbos, just a tad over 600rwhp.(5.3l,forged) only time it went down the track was a 11.67@99mph. the trans didnt shift into third. then got booted for no helmet. I really got sick of all the plumbing so i went with a gt40-88. I put a smaller turbine housing on it to help spool. I have yet to get it running correctly to take it down the strip. more tuning is really needed

No I didnt purge them This was my first well second set of manifolds I done but I havent learned all the secrets yet. I read somewhere the other day about purging the tubes so they dont bubble on the inside. I guess youve got some experience with tig welding.
