don't worry I still love centrifugal...and they really are more thermaly efficent

Incidentally I am very excited to see one of these guys up here with that new blower. I wish he was closer to vegas I would love to see it strapped to the Dyno here with some good tuning and air

Incidentally there is a LS1 Tech sponsor Leading edge performance that is in Las Vegas with a chassis dyno and a tuner that could do a tune for you here and we have altitude as high as 6000 feet here that they could test your tune at with a wideband and log..

You might want to hit them up Garth is the owner and Zippy is tuner on staff.

Good guys to deal with

Thanks for all the good info guys. I'm going to head to a local machine shop this week and see if they can make me a spacer so that I can use off the shelf Saleen Pulleys (until someone starts selling them).

If I make it to the track, get a tune or pulley I'll post an update.

Yours is the first Vortec twin-screw on the site I'm aware of, but we have plenty of whipple owners here. Enjoy the site and read all you have time for.

Machine shop made me a spacer so that I can run Saleen pulleys. Back up to 8.5 lbs of boost. Now for the tune and hopefully a dyno and track times.

I don't know if any body mentioned it but you should be able to change the balancer to overspeed the rest of the components!

Kit looks good! I like to see how it performs as well.

I know it's a month away, but I'll be landing in SLC then heading over to Wendover , Bonneville, in October if you're interested in a tune.
You'll probably have it done by then, just thought I'd throw it out there incase you don't or have problems.

Good luck on the build!
