new whipple 2.9 on a truck
i see some of you guys wanting big hp blower setups and honestly there isnt many for the truck guys beside procharger.
a friend of mine that built my 427 lsx does alot of sand cars and recenlty did a few whipple kits for trucks . these are the bigger 2.9 whipple . also has a cog setup in the works
thought you guys might enjoy some of these pics i took of some stuff at his shop

yeah the only thing bad is it also puts alot of stress on the bearing of the accesories. bearing on the alt , ps pump and water pump. thats why some do a dedicated supercharger belt and leave the accesories alone. however that adds more stress to the blower /crank/ternisoner idler since it moves them further away since it has to be put out past the stock accesory drive. its a catch 22 but this setup is working on a few setups now. the pullies looks like this now
