Wish I could help, but it looks to me like this issue is 4x4 specific. The p/s lines on my 2wd do not come up that high.

Probably have to do as others have suggested...........move the pcm.

Heres a pic with the pcm moved out of the way.

You can tell I wasnt going under the frame with the plumbing, but it shows how much room there is without the pcm there! This pic was taken while I was mocking it up for a front mount design instead of underneath!

I will take a look at moving it. Thanks for the advice. You know Procharger should add something to their manuals about the 4x4 models requiring this. Hopefully i can get that done this weekend. I have scheduled a tune for wednesday at Procharger in KC. I will post some numbers and pics from the day. Later.

yeah i think if it 2wd you wouldn't have the problem, i made mine go to the out side of the frame though the top of the wheel well . if you get it just right the wheel wont rub.

So where is everyone moving their pcms to? Does it have to come out of the housing like the earlier pic w/ the race valve? Also, any tips or tricks you've found out during the process. Thanks.

I just modified the ecu housing, but kept it so the ecu still clips in and out as needed. I made a little L-shaped bracket that attaches to the housing and gets bolted to the truck, using the same bolt that holds the bar running across the top of the battery. I basicly just moved it up!
