Default Newby here to the forced induction side. Got pics

I been a member for awhile now, but back in december last year I found me a pick up truck. Was originally just goin to use it to drive back and forth to work but then I started having an itch for more power. Started buy modifying the stock air box, then the bottle went on with 150wet, and now a turbo. I am waiting the the kit to come in next week. And A freind and I decided to mach up the intercooler today. It is a fmic air to air 24X12X4. Had to notch the frame for the for clearance Had to reroute the transmission cooler lines to give us some extra room as well. And some trimming on the lower valance.Turned out nice.

Was that cutout reinforced? That is, the notch. Nice.

Got it. I thought if it's cut, it's replaced. I just thought it was how some do framework or c-notch, & box the frame.
