They each have their place and their niche markets. Prochargers are great track power adders because of the power delivery method. Always will be. But I'm a turbo guy through and through.

I'll have me a procharged G8 sooner or later Guy around these parts put down 747hp on 14psi from a D1 in his G8. That would make quite a grocery getter!

Procharger's a good product, I'm not arguing that, but I'm not buying the whole "pioneer of the market makes a superior product" bullshit.

I think twin D-1's on a 400+ CI LSX built for boost would be perfect! Run both at a friendly 10 psi, and hold onto something haha! Personally I think it is a great solution to my truck. I have been looking for something different. Does anyone have more info/leads on the gear driven twin setup pictured earlier?

im not sure if d1's would take the abuse of the gear drive. maybe someone will chime in also but the shafts may not be up to it since there is no slip at all. check out chris alstons chassisworks. hes got a good reputation with the gear drive setups. i would like to see someone do a budget gear drive setup though and see how it works/lasts. the nice thing would be not beating on the crank with all the belt tension

Love the Centrifugal's. Have installed a few myself. Also have installed a few Magnusons as well as owning one. Now have a turbo. Each have their own unique characteristics / selling points. To each his own... nice to know there is an awesome selection in this market for differing tastes

I'm "babbling" about being a first in any industry doesn't mean that the company makes a superior product--coming from a former ProCharger owner, myself.
