Default Oil blowing out of my dipstick tube?

I just installed a Procharger on my truck and now oil is blowing out of my dipstick tube. PCV is pretty new and the engine only has about 4K on it.

Well hopefully it is damaged ring/pistons. try pulling the PVC while it is running. is there any puffs of smoke out the rocker cover?

I pulled the PCV at idle and there is no smoke coming out.

prety sure if there is enough crank case presure to push out your dipstick and oil that you hurt something. probably cracked a piston. time for a compresion check and leak down test.

Well you may be right. I've been struggling with oil leaks ever since I put the motor in. The problem for me is that I only play with my truck once in a while and I had the motor built over 2 years ago and have not even put over 4K miles on it. I dropped alot of dough to have it built right. I will say that I only drove it with the SC on for about 8 miles and didn't even get a chance to lay into it.

I had the same thing happen to me when I first installed my procharger. Make sure you connected the line from the passenger side valve cover to the inlet of the blower. If this is not done it will pressurize the crankcase and blow out your dipstick.

The connections are correct. Do you think a bad PCV could be the problem? It's not actually blowing the dipstick out it's blowing oil on the bottom where it meets the block and on the extension piece on top.

I would install a one way check valve. A PCV valve will not seal off completely

i gave up on any kind of pcv set up. just run a breather now and it is working well. it probably dirtys up the oil a little sooner but other than that no ill side effects. i hate puting oil into the intercooler and engine.
