Your truck has a fixed orifice fitting in the PCV line on the driver's valve cover which will let boost into the crankcase. Do you have a one way valve in that line to keep boost out of the crankcase? (well at least that is what my 03 has and I assume the 06 is the same).
Also your instructions should have a description of how to test the hoobs switch in the line to the passenger side valve cover to ensure it is working properly to vent to the atmosphere when under boost > 1 psi.
If all is good with the PCV system it is time to do a compression test.

yea i bought it brand new, and as for the valve i do have it in the line that goes to the top of the intake manifold with the c-clip away from the intake, so and i check the valves to see if the work by taking a wire from the positive battery to the terminal on both valves

I am not sure what STS gave you for a one-way valve for the driver's side PCV because I had to rig my own. If your valve has a directional arrow on it point it towards the intake manifold. You want the valve to allow flow from the crankcase to the intake manifold when the manifold is under vacuum but block flow to the crankcase when the manifold is under boost.
If you have confirmed the operation of the PCV system then it is time to do a
compression test.
What boost are you running (you have a boost gauge?) and who did your tuning? The pistons in these engines burn the edges off quite quickly, under detonation caused by lean operating conditions and high heat, that causes blow-by into the crankcase.
