Same amount of boost. I did take the valve off the passenger side pcv I was going to replace it with a breather and plug off the hole in the throttle body. My drain is 1/2" NPT fittings at the turbo and the front of the oil pan and there is no sag in the line and the line is not clogged up.

The PCV is hooked up but theres so much smoke theres no way its blowby. I even put the one way valve back on so its setup just like it was on the sts except I put a .096 oil restrictor in line to slow the oil even more.

So let me understand this... Is there a line from the nipple on the TB to the vent tube on the pass valve cover??? If there is, that is a problem! That nipple on the TB NEEDS to be caped off and the tube on the valve cover MUST be open to vent ALL the time. It can't have a check valve or restrictor on it at all.

Yeah I put a breather on the passenger side valve cover and plugged off the nipple on the TB and all my oil problems are gone. What was happening was boost was going into the crankcase and blowing the oil in my drain line back into the turbo.

Glad you got yours figured out. I'm having the same problem with my swap. I'm using a 10an drain to a bung welded into the timing cover beside the crank pulley. I didn't change anything in my pcv setup from the sts setup so I don't know what is causing mine. I pulled the turbo back off and it is pushing oil through the exhaust side and is smoking like crazy.

I ditched the STS check valve years ago. I have the port on the throttle body blocked off. I have a breather on the driver side valve cover and a line from the passenger side to a catch can and then to the turbo inlet. There is a one way check valve in the line from the valve cover so the compressor can't blow back into the engine. This is the same way I had my STS kit ran for two years without an issue. The only two things that have changed are the location of the turbo and the drain system. It wasn't smoking when I pulled off the STS so I'm stumped.
