Yeah, the maf is spliced with the IAT sensor (in the intake manifold). I am guessing it is the Blower itself, might have it rebuilt again, we'll see.

Also, when the previous owner had it sent in for the rebuild, MagnaCharger had it oiled and ready to go. They told him it wouldnt need to be changed until it had 20k miles on it. Could it be that I need to check/change the oil?

That shouldn't cause low boost.

Possible, if clearances where too tight, or it had a bad bearing, but it would be really noise and the blower would be getting quite hot also.

Ok I guess I really have 2 big questions:
Would a ineffecient blower cause high IAT's?
Why am I only seeing 3 lbs of boost?

150-170 IAT's are not abnormal, especially in hot weather.

the 3lbs of boost is what worries me, you may need to send it in to Magnuson to have them verify it is operating correctly.

Also, I have no "off the line" power at all. It feels almost like stock, I do have pretty good mid range though.
