3psi isn't much especialy on a 90deg day and no intercooler. you need to pully that thing up to 6psi and do some tuning.

One more question, If I took off the SC, belt tensioner, and other BIG Metal items, could I leave the injectors and other things in place while I sent the SC to Magnacharger for a rebuild?

when the 112 first started being used by an american oem, many of the peeps still liked the m90 over the m112 because it was more responsive. Not sure how much truth there is to that, but, I think it's safe to say there is room for improvement at minimal cost, especially since you've already forked out the dough for the kit. If you pulley it down some I bet you see 5-7lbs of boost, size dependent, of course.
Are you opposed to sending it to magnuson for inspection? How many miles are on it? do you know its service history(like how it was used)?

I really want to send it in to Magnuson in order to get it running right. The guy who I bought it from had it Completely rebuilt 2000 miles ago, the only parts they re-used was the case and pulley.

here is a few questions.
how much boost did the former owner see from this kit?
is the pulley on the charger now the factory pulley, as in saying if you bought this kit brand new, this is the pulley it would come with?
what size pulley would you need to see 6 or 7 lbs, is it smaller then the one you have on now or is it the same size?
what i am asking is did the former owner see 6 to 7 lbs of boost before he sold it to you and swaped out the pulleys before he sent you the kit.
if this is so then the smaller pulley will increase your boost level.
if you have the 6 to 7 lb pulley already on then you may have a problem with the supercharger unit.
it is easy to find out what size pulley makes what lbs of boost before you go taking it all apart to send it in.
