Default Opinions on my build

Have a 2007 nnbs Sierra 5.3 4x4. What i have so far is a 224r cam w DoD delete, LT headers, full exhaust.

Recently bought a vortech v1 s trim, ordered a cx racing intercooler.

Would stock fuel pump support setup?

What power level is the trans good for?

How do u tell if truck is a Flex fuel?

What size injectors would b needed? I have a set of 60# deuthworks from a 2000 silverado, not sure if there compatible

Why make another thread??

Do some of your own homework here. Some of this stuff is pretty simple, VIN numbers can tell you options, the glove box has codes for options aswell. Find out what RPO code means Flex fuel for your year truck and see if it matches. Yellow gas cap can also mean flex fuel.

If non flex fuel, that pump won't support your setup. A flex fuel pump can do up to around 500ish. Stock injectors aren't big enough, I'd go 60+ lbs injectors for your wants.

Stock 4L60e will not be happy with the mods you plan to do. I can picture it being dead rather quickly.

Seperate post in seperate sections for different things. Seein if i could get any info on the vortech supercharger, y i posted in here.

Had no way to run vin number tonight, so posted wuestion on info needed. I did look for my own research. Couldnt find any thing on my truck to suggest flex fuel or not. Gas cap has been changed, so yhat was not of any use either. Wanting to get what i need ordered to get everything installed asap.

Not all flex fuel vehicles have a Yellow gas cap.

On the NNBS 2007

LY5 is regular 5.3

LMG or LC9 is a flex fuel 5.3L
