Julian, what is the root of your problem in this thread? Are you hellbent on trashing the guys build because he does not have a Chassis dyno available to him? SAE is the industry accepted standard, are you questioning the entire automotive industry as a whole?

i agree, I think once he gets it all dialed in a test on an AWD dyno would be cool. I suspect 680 ish at the wheels would be achievable. With traction I would expect a mid to low 11 second pass at sea level.

Where do you see me trashing this guys thread?

From my first post until you butted in it's been nothing but civil and complimentary on my part. It's very rare that you see people put their engine on an engine dyno and I was hoping we would see a comparison with some chassis numbers so we can have an actual thread where we can see how much drivetrain loses is incurred with a particular set-up.
I'm on this site for information/knowledge just as much as anything else.
Rarely does anyone have engine dyno numbers to go along with their chasis dyno numbers. It's usually only the latter and we have no engine numbers to see what kinda drive-train loss there actually is. There's a +/- 10% difference people quote about tranny losses (%15-%25) and when your talking about nearly 800/800 hp/tq #'s that comes out to 80 hp. That's alot of discrepancy and wanted some real hard numbers to get a better idea of what we lose through the drive-train and also get a better idea of how fast his truck is.

I'm not dusty here busting your ***** about TVS and your products, you know that I think the world of them and have nothing but respect for the awesome numbers they produce. My sig is purely for amusement purposes, if it bothers you that much I'll take it down. Stop taking this thread as a personal attack on your products because it isn't, I'm purely out for information that's it.

Roll your eyes at the whole enthusiast community then because almost every new performance car that comes on the market is first thrown on the dyno most reputable car mags.
Here's the most recent one concerning the mustang GT,

OP Great numbers, sorry for apparently polluting this thread.

Badass numbers! That dyno sheet is solid. Can't wait to hear what it does at the track, and don't forget to get someone to record it!
