It won't be worth much, maybe a 2psi increase for an inch increase in crank pulley diameter, I believe. How much boost are you running now?

Whats important is the ratio of crank pulley and blower pulley. It doesnt matter what size they actually are (except for the purposes of slip), the blower speed is directly dependent on the ratio of crank and blower pulleys.

The correct way to figure it out would be to calculate the new blower rpm with the crank rpm * (crank pulley/ blower pulley) and look up the volumetric flow chart for the blower and figure out the new airflow.

Overdrive crank pully,Pinned you"ll get more boost with less belt slippage.

I'm running a Innovators West 10% over driven crank pulley and it added about 2-3 PSi for me. Biggest down side... the cost. New, they are about $550

If i remember right that $550 is less than half the snout job costs. I don't have a boost guage but prolly 5-6 psi.

How about accessories, will they be effected?

the accessories will be overdriven also. i dont think youd have any adverse affects from that.

the snout mod was not that much i dont believe but what tim z did was go the route for easy pulley changes with off the shelf parts. a pulley swap on the roush is cheap and easy IF you get someone to replicate the stock pulley only smaller and have the snout clearanced. Ive already cut my snout to clear 2.8" pulley. just havent finished making the pulley. thatd make my cost $0
