The phelomic spacer has been out awhile now is it worth putting it on the 2300 tvs
I was thinking about putting the spacer under the blower and manifold is it worth it..Its been out awhile now was wondering if anyone saw true gains..If its a decent amount of power and can notice it than i want it.i have the maggie 2300 on my truck with about 9.5-10 psi..The truck vortec max made 542hp to the rear wheels ran a 12.8 et at 105mph..does this seem close or right..seems like maybe it falls off at the end of the quarter..maybe im wrong this is good..The truck is super fast flies but like to run low 12s..I never ported the runners out on maggie when i put it on i was told there very restrictive.i also have 4.10 gears, ls9 cam,1 7/8 arh headers.ANY SUGGESTIONS how much boost is good..Thanks guys..

I know it is not a direct comparison but there is a user on SilveradoSS.com that has installed an RDS spacer under his MP112 Magnacharger. I think the results speak for itself...

Thats not a bad time, but it definitely leaves something on the table. I assume you are running a stock tranny if you also have the stock converter in there. Seeing your 60' time would be helpful. That speed does seem a little on the low side for a truck with your mods, but the covnerter would help that too, and at 12# you could be adding as much as 40+ HP.
Also letting the blower cool down at the track to lower intake air temps would help you a lot too. It could feel sluggish at the end because its starting to pull timing due to your IAT climbing.
