There was not a problem with the throttle body on the old LS1 computer it has just been a problem since I switched to the LS2 computer. I think it must still be unhappy about controlling a 3 bolt throttle body, I spose I will order a 4 bolt throttle body and get an adapter plate. The throttle body is as clean as a wisttle and only has 13k on it.

Could I have damaged the throttle body by manualy moving it for testing, engine not running? I doubt it, but there should not be any fluctuation more than .01V if you are holding the blade wide open and not letting it move at all.

Is there anyway I can tune out the throttle body errors, would it have anything to do wiht it being set up tune wise for a 90mm 4 bolt throttle body and a 6.0 displacemnt instead of a 78mm throttle body and a 4.8L displacemnt Like you said, you could turn off P2119 if you are not too concerned about it. The only difference in the tune is the Throttle Area Scaler which is used in calculating idle airflow. It wouldn't affect P2119.

Also make sure all your grounds are good. If your TPS values are a little high you could also try trimming the 5V ref down a little.

All measurements with the meter should be made with the TPS signal circuits disconnected from the ECM in order to get accurate readings!

here is a vid. Still have a bunch of issues to workout manely related to the throttle body, and also case learn. codes P2119 throttle body range, and PO315 crank aganle.
anyone completed a sucsesful case learn with hp tunners? I had to set the tachout put of the SSR tune to serial and both tables set at 2, then it worked wiht the colorado cluster

I called C.B.M. to see if they have a solution for converting to LS3/LS7 90mm dbw. My application is a 2005 chevy truck. They do! Its a harness adapter (8 to 6 pin) with some sort of voltage adjusting box built in. $200.00 I'm waiting to get an e-mail from Brent with complete info and hopefully a picture. Good luck. Dan

That's my box. This thread is from before I developed those. But it is the opposite of what lr4 is trying to do.

Do you get any different readings if you disconnect the 5V from one sensor while measuring the range on the other one?

Does the 5V fluctuate at either input pin while you move the blade?

You will lose .7V through a standard diode.

haha that is funny! CBM motor sports are the guys that I bought my enine computer and hp tunners, ls2 knock sensors from! And yes you are doing the exact oposite of what I am doing I may end up buying there aluminum adapter plate 4 bolt throttle body to 3 bolt intake.

they seem like a good bunch over there, prices are decant too. I have been meaning to give brent or chris a call. Seems my tune is way off I am running verry rich and the displacement setting and etc scaller are way off. I'm sure there is more I am also getting bank 1 and bank 2 rich codes after open loop
