Oil drain can not have any up flow, complete line has to be going down.

I did flatten it out since the picture. The outlet of the turbo is about 4" above the connection at the engine.

Being very careful and using a lot of grease while working slowly I managed a hole in the top of the case that I threaded to 1/2" NPT (once again, using a lot of grease).
That's an interesting spot for the oil drain, haven't seen that before.

No real good place to connect the small line for the boost gauge so I drilled and tapped the manifold. worked out pretty good.

While I had the cover off, painted it.

Do those intakes not have a nipple on them? I think I see one, but Im not sure.Right behind where you ran that line.

There is a spare port where you can snap off the end and go to a 3/8 vacuum line.
By the time I would have had to reduce to the small line provided with the gauge it was easier to install the adapter they provided.
It also helps to have a 1/8 27 NPT tap and 11/32 drill handy.

I noticed in your pics. The maf is pre turbo. And your running a BOV.
how's the tuning any glitches.
