Don't know what IAT is....
But, the BOV has a stronger spring in it than the wastegate and I have the gate tied to the manifold for some control and it has a 7psi spring.
The truck is an automatic so I don't really have the throttle shutting on a shift.
I am also not really running it hard except for the occasional playing around.
The BOV and connection came with the kit so it had to go on or get a different elbow.
Also, I was learning as I built it so I didn't really know much, still don't know much more!
With that said, the BOV has not yet BO'ft that I can tell.
As far as the tune goes, running a little rich. I had the engine light come on and checked the code, rich right and left, plus I can smell it.
No problems other than when I blew the coupling off a couple times at first.
I just bought the AutoCal from Black Bear so we can do some email tuning. He'll give me as many tunes as I need. I want to develop a tune, if possible, to make it fuel efficient like the Ford ecoboost.
I may even have to swap out the turbo to get one that spools up at a lower rpm, don't know yet.
Still learning and could use any help you guys can offer

IAT is Intake Air Temperature. They are suggesting that you might not be using the MAF to control the fuel according to airflow, and only have it there to tell the IAT. The concern is that if you are using the MAF, air is passing the MAF telling the computer that it is entering your engine, then when your BOV opens up and it does not enter the engine. The computer can not tell that it never made it to the engine and therefore adds fuel as if the engine is needing it.

I recently switched to the 34" radiator and had to redo everything. Had to flip the IC with the in/outlets at the bottom. Here are a few pictures if you give af
