what procharger do you have? i agree with some here about getting a bigger stall, dont be afraid of a bigger stall. i run a 3200 and wish i would of done a 3800-4k and i dd the crap out of my truck. there is no way to maintain max boost through the rpm range with a procharger it is rpm driven and will drop boost when rpms drop no way around it. what intercooler do you have on it? if you have the stock 2 core you should plan on upgrading that asap i dropped 30* at peak prms off my iat by going to a big front mount. once you dial that pro in you will be a very happy man.

p.s. sounds like you got a D1 with a 3.5-3.6 pulley on it.

What engine is it? 20# is a lot for a stock bottom end. Stock cam or aftermarket? I'm shifting my 6.0L at 6900 and drops to 5200 with my 3700 rpm stall. And I dd my truck. It's not that bad.

i only have the p1-sc lol . the innercooler is the stock one that came in the kit that mounts in the bumper and it is a 2 core. i guess it is good for about 600hp. i looked for one to mount in the front but not to much room with out a lot of fabricating.

the engine is built org. by shaun highland out of canada.a 4.6 b/s to a 5.0. he said it would handle to 16 lbs and rev to 7K. there is nothing stock in there, the cam is one step up from a stock one. of course trying to make sure it passes emisions is why nothing is to extream.

I have not but the theory is sound, it's new technology so it's probably going to take some time to trickle down to the aftermarket. They have probably 50 markets to choose from so they can't tackle them all right away, I could see an OEM adopting it sooner than the aftermarket but who knows. I would really be excited to see one as the drivetrain transmission, it's so simple and compact. I just bought the bicycle version to play with, going to perhaps make a big variable speed shop fan or go-kart or something to get an idea how much torque this one can transmit. It feels capable of powering much more than a bicycle.
