Anybody know where I can get a super or turbo charger for y 1995 Lightning? The catch to it is I dont have the 351W anymore. It now sports a 408ci Keith Craft motor? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Procharger doesn't make anything for the Lightnings - if you want one, you're own your own in terms of fabrication and installation. It has been done, though. Several of the very fast trucks run Prochargers and I used to run a D1B.
As was mentioned, Dave Pickrel makes a turbo kit, Vortech makes supercharger kits, and for that much motor that's about all you have available (no sense in even considering a Powerdyne or Kenne Bell).

Guys remember what I said....I dont have the factory Lightning motor in it. I have a 408ci keith craft race motor in it now. So i need a supercharger or turbo charger to fit a carurberator 408 which is just a 351 bored and stroked. Any ideas where to get it now?

It doesn't matter if its factory or Keithcraft or whatever, the hardware to do all the fitup is the same since its still a Windsor with all the same hard points.
You'll have to get the discharge from whichever setup you choose fabbed to mate up to a carb hat.
Dave Pickrel originally built his turbo setup on a carbed truck and still runs a carbed arrangement so he's probably your best bet unless you want to do your own fabbing.
The bigger Vortech head units will fit in their Lightning bracketry with some tweaks.
