Long time ago I had a powerdyne and capped of the air bypass to make more boost. Switched it for a hundred shot and made more power.

I think we have narrowed it down. Its the heads on the engine that are causing the reason for low boost.. Unless it it happend after it had been boosting 10 psi, then thats where I bet it is at..

Well i'm gonna tighten up the belt first and see what kind of boost that does. If not then I guess i'll change heads. But with my cam should I change the springs over also or should I gust leave the heads stock and sell the 317's complete?

what lift is that cam.. I would put what ever springs you have on the 6.0 on the stock heads if you swap them back over... Your belt looks like it has a good bit of wrap, but its worth a shot..

My belt warp before I swapped pulleys around

After I changed them.. ( note only reason that pulley is aluminum looking, is because the orig one ate the bearings up, I had to make a new on)

Here are the specs:

I still have the stock heads untouched. The reason I swapped them is that the stock exhaust manifold bolts broke and couldn't get it out with out removing the heads. I still have the heads in the shop just gotta see if I can get the broken bolt out as is sheared off just inside the head.

I'll take that bet. I can't see losing 4 psi of boost with a half number less compression, and ports that flow a little better.
