I wish I could help, but an HD tensioner with a 4.5" pulley is an odd ball combo.

I used a string wrapped around in the pulleys with someone holding the tensioner down. Got me pretty close on a measurement.

damn, why such a big pulley?? stock tensioner, 145 amp alt and a 3.7 pulley i was running a 114.0" belt. probably wont help much but figured id throw it out there. Id do like Blown said and use a string to help you measure it.

Just take your current belt to the parts store and ask for a 1.5" shorter one and go from there. A couple trips and you should have what you need.

On a stock tensioner, when I was running a 4" pulley I had a 114" belt.

I am going to guess that a 115.5-116" may get you close.
Assuming f1 has a similar mount bracket.
