going to be selling my p1 to a friend and getting a d1 to replace it. im running 9lbs of boost right now and would like to keep it the same if possible with the d1. what size pulley will i need with the d1? im running a 3.7 right now on the p1. i just ordered a bigger inter cooler and going to fab up all of the tubing like i did my intake, make it all one piece from the head unit to the inter cooler , and the inter cooler to the maf censor and then to the t/b. anything else that im going to need let me know.

also what size motor and what rpm do you shift at?
You are loosing some boost with that intake tube and you are probably heating the intake charge more with that long metal tube[over the hot engine] than if you just ran a filter on your blower.I was running a 3" inlet filter and then switched to a 4" right on the blower and picked up almost a # of boost.
