You can go with either Fuddle or Yank they are both cheap and work very well.
You will need from a 2800 to a 3200 stall and a beefed up tranny to handle it, they will run $300-600.

Non FI related, the first thing that popped into my head was hitting speed limiter on dyno. This must mean that you were pulling in 3rd gear. You may want to see about pulling it in 2nd gear and calculate then tq/hp. There have been people who lost there driveshafts on the dyno making a 3rd gear pull.

I was told 3rd gear is 1:1 and the most accurate for HP. numbers. I pulled in second gear and he said it would show less HP. Also what other tuning needs to be done on the Truck?
