Procharger piping blowout????
I have a P series procharger on an 02 Sierra Denali 6.0. All stock but larger injectors and a tune. The plastic neck that attaches to the TB keeps peeling the rubber back and causing a leak(separation). I have installed the newest blowoff valve(as per procharger) and even pulled the air filter off the blowoff(really dont need it anyway). I checked for vaccum on the BO valve and tested the valve, everything reads as it should. I know I cant be the only guy that has had this problem...maybe nobody runs the **** out of there truck like Mooaa(addict). Any help fixing this thing so I dont have to reattach the damn thing every day would be a great help.....

Mine didn't have the piping from the tb to the ma, made my own after my FIPK tube keep blowing off the tb.
What kind of clamps are holding it? Is it just the regular worm clamps? Try some t-bolt clamps they should help too.

I have a t-bolt clamp but the thing is like 2" wide and pushes the piping hard into the fan shroud. I had to pull it off. Today I even tried HVAC tie straps and it peeled the whole rubber out instead of just one side....I guess that is progress. I even thought about adding another blowoff valve, but there has to be a better solution! Yours looks good, what did you use...there is not much space between the tb and the shroud. Thanks for the feedback

I don't know if it would work in your situation but i've heard of using hair spray. Just spray it on the throttle body and the rubber that goes on it and tighten the clamp down. When the hairspray dries it holds pretty good.

aqua net does have some hold to it, if it evers gets damp it will slide right back off.
the only fix i have for this is some RTV silcone gasket stuff.
a small bead around, clamp it tight, let it sit atleast 12 hours to cure, it will bond as a seal and hold much better.

the turbo vette would blow the coupling between the intercooler and the throttle body all the time.....what fixed it was drilling small holes thru the clamp into the airbridge adn running 3 or so self tappers to hold it in place....
might work for ya....but that thing shouldn't be letting to like that.......hell you don't have 21 pounds of boost with an undersized surge valve like I have on my blower vette do ya? that thing doesn't pop fittings....

Y2KLimited I thought about running some screws into the TB neck but like you mentioned there is not that much boost. PappyDan, I looked into the RTV but am concerned that if it does fail some of the sealant might break free and go into the motor. 02Bluestepside, I like the "cobra head elbow" idea; I see you also have another fitting (22'?) and some different clamps. Did you get these from the same company?
Thanks to all for posting on this, you are a great help!

Everything I got from that one site. Cobra head, 2 45s, some 4" pipe and all the t-bolt clamps. From the tb to mass air I did my own, from the mass air to the intercooler and the intercooler to the supercharger is all procharger parts. I used t-bolt clamps on everything except the filter. Haven't had anything blow off since
