LLB bought my D-1SC kit that included a new Bosch 040 intank pump.
The Bosch 040 and 60's will easily support 10-12lbs. Add Meth and it will support 15lbs (but it will take a dual nozzle Meth kit).
The Bosch 040 is pretty close to the volume of the Walbro 255. In N/A applications, the Walbro is a better choice (higher volume at 55psi). With a boost referenced FPR, the 040 is rated at 300lph @ 90psi vs the Walbro's 210 lph @80psi. The 044 is the killer pump that blows both away with 300lph at 55psi and still holds it at 72.5psi.
This is from Bosch's website:
Bosch 0 580 254 040 In Tank Fuel Pump
Bosch 040 fuel pumps are universal style in tank fuel pump replacements recommended for vehicles exceeding OE specifications. The Bosch 040 fuel pump is one of the only in tank fuel pump that can be compared with the Walbro 255LPH High Pressure series fuel pumps for use in vehicles with up to 700 horsepower.
Bosch 040 Fuel Pump Specs:
Bosch Part Number: 0 580 254 040
Minimum Current: 12 Volts
Operating Pressure: 94 PSI (6.5 Bar)
Minimum Flow @ Outlet: 80 GPH (300 LPH)

Bosch 0 580 254 044 Inline Fuel Pump
Bosch 044 fuel pumps mount inline (out side of your gas tank), most commonly rear center under your car or truck. Each Bosch 044 inline fuel pump provides 300LPH of flow and operate at 72.5 PSI. Bosch 044 fuel pumps are comparable to the Walbro 255LPH high pressure inline fuel pumps which can both support vehicles for up to 600-700 horse power. Can be used in sequence with an intank Walbro or Bosch 040 fuel pump.
Bosch 044 Fuel Pump Specs:
Bosch Part Number: 0 580 254 044
Minimum Current: 12 Volts
Operating Pressure: 72.5 PSI (5 Bar)
Minimum Flow @ Outlet: 80 GPH (300 LPH)
Fuel Pump Location: In-Line
LLB, you can run the 040 with 60's and the 4.10 pulley and be fine. Chill out, spend a weekend installing the kit, pop in the 040 and get your truck tuned. It will rock with the 4.10" and about 11.5-12lbs. When your ready to turn it up, pick up a dual nozzle meth kit, a 3.70" pulley, add a Bosch 044 inline (leave the 040 in the tank) and crank it up. You'll never look back.
If your still concerned about the 040, sell it (they go for $100+ on eBay) and put a 044 in the tank. I've seen an 044 + an Alky Meth kit support over 850RWHP.
With either pump, you will need Meth (for fuel and octane) to reach the 15lbs your shooting for.

Your driving it so you already know it works. Check the fuel injector duty cycle. That will tell you if you need a bigger pump. As long as your duty cycle is reasonable, your fuel pressure is fine for your application.
