Well IMHO you need to get rid of the 6 rib setup, I have read alot of people who seem to have isssues with running more than 6lbs of boost with a 6 rib setup. I would talk to bob at EPP or procharger, I know that they make a system that will give you a 6 rib for your normal acc and a 12 rib for the procharger, this is what I am running on my set up. I am pretty sure they do one for the LS series motors. Just my .5 cents. here is a picture of my current setup. its not a LS series motor b ut you get the picture. this is not with the A/C option but they also have one that retains your current A/C

man I make 11# @ 6000 rpms with my 4.25" pulley but I have a different cam and FMIC

Does your boost gauge climb with your rpm's or does it level off? If it stops climbing I'd say it is slipping.

Maybe your pulley is actually too small.[not enough belt wrap]

I'm making 15# on a 6 rib belt drive and I've added an additional idler pulley, I up the boost anymore, I'm just going to go cogged...
