that would depend if it was purchased new or used.
now the intercooler should have caught the large peace's.
go through the piping system and see just how far that fine silver dust go's.

with a damp cloth swap out the piping cylinders to collect all of that fine dust so you don't
suck any more of it in too the motor.
it's going to be a little difficult to clean out the intercooler but a simple wash out will help.
you will need to contact pro charger about getting it repaired or getting the parts to do it your self.
I can say that a replacement blade will not be cheap.

It's brand new still under warranty I think it was bad from the get go.

I know Procharger are suppose to make a bearing noise but maybe mine was just that much louder when I received it.

Funny that I thought the STS would go out in my truck because where it was mounted so I bought the Procharger instead ain't that a B.

2lugnuts,

What is the status with your Procharger? How were the results of the warranty work?

I bought mine in June and found metal shavings in the oil 2 weeks ago, about 2 months old. I sent it back last week and they are telling me 5 weeks before they can even get a chance to look at it.

I am not liking this much.

They sent it back no problems so far still makes that weird gear noise but has not shelled out again.

It took them less than a week to fix and shipped it the following week so it was'nt that bad.

I had to call for them to ship it because they had my address screwed up in there system.

How is yours coming out?

Man that sucks... Mine has just started making weird noises, getting louder. I been thinkin about sending it back off and getting it upgraded to a D-1. I have had mine since 03 with about 18000 miles on the system, and my 3 year Warranty just went out on it.

Good luck

That can't be right, something is wrong. I ran a 13.8 first run and a TR 224 cam, which is not the best cam choice by any means.

Any tuning done?

Question

I think that your by-pass must be stuck open or not connected up properly? That is just a guess but those numbers must be close to stock with a good tune. Do you have a boost gauge? How much boost are you seeing?
