I really like your blue silicone connections. Definitely cleans up the look from the black heater hose look of the originals. I may swap out the ones that can be seen, especially if it turns out that it will require t-bolt clamps to stay together. Where did you order those from?
I am going to have to do some more research on the filters, but I have been reading on LS1tech about guys swapping to the 3.5" inlet, 6 inch diameter, and 9 inch long conical filter to get more boost (found it on brute speed website). I may do something like that and just put a filter on the bypass. (this looks to be the same as what you did Andy)

Ya I like the blue, gives it a little contrast. Engine bay needs a good detail again though.. hell the whole truck does.
I just had extra t clamps laying around so figured I would use that on the filter side of the Procharger. I'm not a fan of those screw worm style clamps, they have failed me in the past..
IE... I stomped on it and this happened cause the clamp was stripped out. T clamps are just much more secure IMO

What kind of gears are you guys running with a 29" tall tire? I ask because Im doing a 4l80 swap as well as a tru trac in preparation for a procharger. I have 3.42's at the moment and usually race on the highway from a 40 or 60 roll, dig racing would be fun as well, thanks in advanced.

Boost depends on a lot of variables. Engine size, cam size, intake, exhaust, since the procharger makes boost with rpm the higher you spin it the more boost you make. I would start with the biggest pulley and work your way down until you meet your desired boost level. For 10psi I would run the 6's
