thanks, it will be getting dyno tuned. i'll probably just leave stock inj. and intake disconnected til i get to my tuner. don't want to take any chances. why not walbro 255 in tank pump? who sells the bosch 044? i'm going push as much as possible out of the little 4.8. everyone's got a 500+rwhp 6.0. don't see any 500rwhp 5 speed guys. like being different. yes tranny will probably break.

You can do the Bosch 044 as an in-tank pump. I got mine from jayracing.com. With that much power, you'll find any weak points you have!

Hook it all up. As long as you are easy on the throttle and keep the RPM's below 3k, the bypass will stay open and you won't see any boost.

When I switched from 42's to 60's, I pulled my PCM and had my tuner (his shop is about 45 minutes away) program it for the 60's. That way I didn;t have to worry about washing the oil off the cylinder walls.
