i didnt have to remove much, i had to cut the inner fender and remove the plate that the old airbox sat on. I think I had to trim the rad mount as well.
I'd have to get a lot fancier equipment to make them to sell, the hammer, vice, electric hacksaw and hand drill aren't exactly speedy and easy to make exact duplicates....haha

well I finally got around to re-doing my exhaust this weekend. I divorced the wastegate and it now dumps in the fender and built a madrel bent 4" exhaust with a straight thru muffler. Good news is the response is incredible, sound is barely louder than before, leaned my mapping out, and it gained 2.5 psi boost under 4500 rpm! Bad news is anything over 4500 rpm i can't control the boost anymore, it runs 9 psi and then climbed to 13 before i let out each time. I dont think the wastegate is too small (50mm JGS if i remember right) so i dunno whats going on?

As long as nothing goes boom and you oil down the tire! thats some great work for doing it yourself! a lot if interesting ideas you have used! Im on a phone so pics are small. where is the wg in the pipe exactly? ive seen a good bit of boost increase from bad wg placement. just an extra thought
