Default Project finally done..

I just got done with my month long project.I pulled my heads off and got 1.6 exhaust valves put in,also got the exhaust ports ported out a bunch.I put the gt2-3 cam in with the crane dual springs, hardened pushrods and ARP head bolts.I also got the new 112HH blower changed over from the standard 112 and the 90mm UMI TB.Then finished it off with some JBA shortys.Haven't had time to get it tuned for everything yet but it feels pretty strong even with the old tune. What horsepower numbers can i expect? About 500 rwhp i hope.

Sounds like a good combo. I would get a little better flowing exhaust, those shorties are hurting you a little bit especially with those upgraded exhaust ports. That cam has worked really well for a lot of the guys on here. You should be pretty damn close to your mark. 450rwhp would be a guess.

I only gained ~8hp over the JBA's with the LT's, don't be so sure, lol. How many lbs of boost and who's tuning?

I just went for a little blast around the block and did my first wide open run since getting it done 2 days ago, i saw about 6 1/2 lbs with the 3.2 pulley. The truck was tuned by John at Magnacharger and little help from Blown Chevy.

You should be very close to your mark. The porting must make a difference, i make 2lbs more with the same pulley.

How are your IAT's with the dual HE's? I've been thinking of some type of HE upgrade myself.
Have you considered Methanol? Here-say 10lbs with Meth and a dead-on tune is safe (ish). I'm hoping to have a 3" pulley here anyday....

I think you'll be fine on 8-9 psi with pump gas. If you go more than that id run some meth .

My IAT's were 137 after 2 back to back WOT runs up and down the street, before all these upgrades.I thought about the Meth kit but after doing all these upgrades i kind of tapped out the old bank account.I'm going to have fun with this set up for a while and just work on the tune, and when it starts feeling slow again then the Meth kit is next. Also I have a bunch of pulley so i'll try a 3.0 tomorrow.

You will need to tune for the smaller pulley. Mine go up a bit higher than that after a single pull.
