PT7475 turbo pushing oil out exhaust housing - FIXED
I called percision and they said do not put a restrictor in the feed line. I have a 1/2 hose straight down into jug two feet away and its draining fine. I hooked up the oil return pump and its pumping the oil right back to the front.
its dripping/pushing oil out the dp, and even when the jeep is off there is a slow drip at the exhaust v band
total idle time on the turbo is about 10 min.
Im calling the speed shop that sold me the turbo to see if he can over night me another one and ill send this one back to him.

If so did u install a check valve on the psi line at the turbo?

Please pm me the total price of your 76mm journal bearing turbo over nighted to 14120.
This is the oil pump I have
http://turbowerx.com/Scavenge_Pumps/...n%20Manual.pdf
When I get home, im gonna swap the 1/2 hose for a 5/8 from the turbo drain into the pump. if that doesnt stop it, Ill add a restrictor on the feed side ( popular like is .65 ).
My question now is, since it already sprung the leak, and wasnt a mist but a slow drip, is the turbo shot and needs a rebuild or if these two changes work, itll be fine?

Well that makes sense. I assumed it was a front mount. There is residual pressure in the line after you turn the engine off because the turbo is mounted lower than most/all of the oil feed line. Its just enough to seep past the bearings when everything is **** down and it collects in the turbine housing and exhaust. A 1 or 5psi check valve would work fine to keep oil from entering the turbo with engine off.
