I had the overdrive innovators west crank pulley (I recall it measuring 8.13") and a 3.55" blower pulley from reichard (I think it actually measured 3.56"). All on 8-rib with HD tensioner and Gates green back belt.

That reichard pulley is where it's at as far as I'm concerned.
