Is there anyone who can tell me where to find a quick change pulley kit for the mp112 on the silvys checked with pullet boys and they make one for the gibbs trucks with the press on non keyed and he told me that the shaft od is 5/8 about the same as the keyed pulley. Here is something interesting I found this at pulley boys web site. Does this mean that the gibbs uses a press on pulley and they make a kit for it for quick change. Does this sound rite to anyone? Can anyone tell me what the id measurement is of the quick change hub is.

That's pretty slick but after changing mine once I wouldn't go the extra expense of a quick change. Simply because it so easy to pull the pulley off of my radix, one nut and a small gear puller. Good info though.

This is to fix my shaft end and be able to change in a flash so it's like killing two birds. Yes shaft end threads were damaged after trying to remove pulley so i need to go to a press fit pulley set up so ican install a set screw to hold pulley instead of a nut or bolt. And yes i have looked into buying a new shaft and have not been able to find one so this is another option.

I am not 100% sure if this will work for your application or not but it's definitely worth the look. Joe makes some incredible products so I know this will not disappoint if it can work for your application.

I could be wrong, but I was told by Terry that you could not get a 5/8 hub for quick change. All of them where made for the larger press shafts. South Florida pulley (Terry) told me this when I was looking for one for my TVS1900.

Now on the other hand, he can make anything you want and his prices are very good.

Why Don't you drill and Tap the end of the shaft to hold the stock pulley on.

Just drill and tap to 5/16 bolt. Use a lathe to make sure your straight and centered. You will need to cut the shaft off just a few thousands short to hold it tight.
