Oh, do you have rear a/c and did your installer use the can of foam?...
Rear air controls but not another separate system. Only 2 vents at the back of the console and 1 under each front seat I think. Yes, he did use the foam at the right front fender well beside the airbox. Is that the only place it should have been used?

Found this info on the hd-2. I have the stock tune which retains most of the torque management right? So will this work or not?

Crisp muscle car or full race shifts. Puts the driver in command. Holds 1st, 2nd, 3rd to any speed.
Backshifts to 3rd, 2nd & 1st by moving the lever..
98 up: If vehicle has Torque Management this kit will not make hard shifts.

You don't have to have the HD-2 shift so hard. On a heavy truck like yours (and mine) it will give you a nice, hard, but not too hard shift. Yes it will work with your TM in place. I would call FLT, they're a sponsor here, and have them set you up with everything you need. The servo's are located on the side of your trans, and can be replaced with everything from the vette servo's, which work great, to the billet units. It's up to you.

As far as the rear a/c goes, your heater hoses coming off of your firewall are probably the culprit. the quick disconnects are longer than the standard ones, so you will see them laying against your j-tube. This is not causing any problems, however, the sounds is resonating through your a/c vents. I suggest if you do not like the sound, remove the quick disconnect tee's, and put regular hose babrbed tee's in their place. This will get rid of sound traveling through your a/c vents.

Thanks for all of the help!!!

The squealing is still an issue tho. This noise is really apparent under the truck around the bell housing area. I really thing that something has gone wrong with the torque converter, flywheel, or a bushing in that area????
Anyone chime in with opinions. I really don't want to carry this thing to the dealer 1 day after the supercharger install. They would just love that! Probably would tell me that they couldnt do anything under warranty

Sounds like PCV then. PCV works off the vacuum in the manifold to pull air from the opposite side of the block which is connected to atmospheric pressure. Sounds like the pass side PCV hose / connection isn't able to pull air from the intake tube.
