Make sure the hose coming from the pass. side valve cover is going into the air intake tub, and that it is not kinked.

Default Problem solved!

Hose was kinked!!! It was making the pcv make that noise! Thanks for all of the help guys!!!

glad you got it sorted out... sometimes even the simplest of installs run into little demons. Have fun with the blower... lucky bastard
