As far as the intercooler pump go's pull it apart blow all the brush dust out and I bet it will work again for you. For awhile.

mine's getting power but not pumping any fluid. It's extremely hot as well. Been on the truck for about a year now. Will magnuson cover it if it's only been one year? I installed it myself. Will they still cover it?
