Just throwing this out there. Your looking at spending some coin on the rebuild and with the increase in cubes, its time to go turbo. The 112 would be so far out of its efficiency range, I'm not even sure you could hit 10lbs on a 408.
I think if I installed a ported stock exhaust manifold with single 3 inch catback with high flow cats I would see 8 to 9 psi. So my plan is keep what I have now which is long tube headers and duel exhaust no cats see what I get then maybe go back to stock exhaust and magnaflow muffler.. I ported the stock manifold on my other car and lost 1 psi but I saw 12 hp at 4000 rpm increase in hotter weather.

I took block to machine shop to check all cilinders block is fine here is a pic of my monster and 408... I have its brand new original 4.8 that is in there temporarily with the radix I am seeing 17psi I love it I want to blow that up on the last day before 408 install

Nice build. But you will only see about 6-7 psi max with the 112 and the 408. But you will make good power. Do you have a 4l80e yet?

6 or 7 psi is ok I am only looking for low end power

I have the stock trans with hd parts I have overhauled it maybe 8 or 9 times already sux haha... the 4l80 is very big job I will see about it after this motor install if I go threw these transmissions a lot then I will swap it........stand by for 408 video .
