Default Ready to boost the 5.3!

Well I am finally ready to boost the 5.3 but I have called nelson several times about a turbo kit because it sounds like he could package a kit for me, with every thing. I don't know **** about tuning, however he never returns my calls so I guess he doesn't want my business, it makes me think if I have any problems I will never be able to get a hold of him. So I might end up going with the TVS 1900, but it seems like the turbo's are so much better for power but unable to locate a complete kit and that's what I need!

I have never driven a turbo truck, but I love my Radix on my tahoe, it has the perfect powerband.

man contact KYLE@KBracing96 or call 480-785-6132

dude is killer on his products/prices/ and best of all customer service

i'm not saying that nelson's kit isn't top notch i'm only saying

DON'T LET A BELT HOLD YOU DOWN

i've had both and believe me there is nothing like a turbo!!!

also a turbo is the most effecient in the word of boost and there is no strain on your crank like you get from a belt

While I will say that the TVS is going to be the most dependable system available with the least amount of maintenance if you are set on turbos then call Kyle or Trick. Kyle is a great guy and stands behind his products.

Yeah I really had my mind set on the turbo kit but they just aren't complete and I am a mechanic not a tuner and there is no tuners down here in damn south ga. I really the trick kit but I will need alot more stuff I would really like to keep the cost around $5000 I do think the TVS looks alot cleaner but I don't see the power potential so what should I do guys?

The TVS is the answer. As far as power potential you will be able to hit 500hp at the wheels with ease and the right pulley/tune. Is that enough?

You're gonna have to have a tuner if you go supercharged or turbo.
