I would only be guessing, but you could always put a progressive 75 or 100 shot of nitrous if you need more without increasing the heat you get from pullying down. With either a turbo or s/c, you will need a built transmission or a 4l80e swap to hold the power you will need for 13's.

I responded to the PM you sent me. I usually don't do mail order tuning, but I do sell EFILive and could probable get you set up with a safe starter tune. I also have a used TVS1900 I'm selling or could go with a New turbo kit. Turbos really aren't for the set it and forget it beginner type's, but if your willing to take the time and learn about them and tuning you can go turbo. Give me a call and we can discuss things further.
